Orders
Orders ship from our EU location. We currently ship to the EU and possibly selected international destinations.
Standard EU shipping usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We start processing right away. If you need a change, contact us within 1 hour after ordering. After fulfillment we can’t modify the order.
Returns
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Go to the Orders page or contact us with your order number. We will send a prepaid label where available.
After your return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
Products
Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Contact us and we will advise.
Check the care label on each item. As a rule of thumb: wash cold, low spin, and lay flat to dry. Avoid heat to preserve shape and fabric integrity.
Select styles return in small runs. Use the “notify me” button on the product page to get an email when your size is back.
Stores
Not yet. Our first locations are planned for the Netherlands with Italy on the horizon. For now you can shop online.

Payments
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL for the Netherlands. Options may vary by country.
Yes. All payments are processed over encrypted connections and we never store full card details.
