You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or fraud.
We aim to display products, colors and materials accurately; however, variations can occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances. Availability is not guaranteed and may be limited by size or stock.
Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority; these are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt by email, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse orders, for example due to stock issues, suspicion of fraud, pricing errors or legal restrictions.
We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that method and that funds are available. Third-party PSP terms may also apply.
Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. They are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of customs delays and carrier disruptions is outside our control. You will receive tracking where available.
Title to goods passes upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery to the address you provided (or to the carrier if you arrange shipping yourself).
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene seal) may be non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift cards are redeemable only on this website, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, we provide an estimated shipping date which may change. We may capture payment at purchase or prior to dispatch, depending on the payment method and processor rules.
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with your order details and photos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund according to applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
All content (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to VINCERA and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or use it, except for personal, non-commercial browsing of the site.
By posting reviews or content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services and marketing. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or obscene material.
