Sustainability
At VINCERA, sustainability isn’t an add on. It’s built into how we design, source and deliver. We prioritise quality materials, dignified work and a lighter footprint across the entire journey of a product.
Materials
We favour gentle, low-impact fabrics and trims. Where possible we choose organic, recycled or responsibly-sourced fibres and avoid unnecessary blends that complicate recycling.
- Organic & recycled cotton
- Low-impact dyes & finishes
- Plastic-free packaging transition
People
We believe in fair, dignified work. That means safe workplaces, living-wage roadmaps, transparent partner selection and independent audits against recognised standards.
- Code of Conduct for all suppliers
- Third-party social compliance audits
- Grievance & remediation procedures
Planet
We measure and reduce our impact pragmatically: efficient cutting, responsible water & chemical use, and smart logistics to minimise transport emissions.
- Consolidated shipments & sea freight first
- Waste reduction at cut-and-sew
- Repair & care guidance for longer wear
People & Production
Our brand prioritizes integrity, ethics, and sustainability. We use gentle materials, offer dignified working conditions, and minimise our environmental impact.
The Stanley/Stella white-label clothing we use is produced with a 95% footprint in Bangladesh and is 100% transparent. We believe in responsible production and in empowering the people who make our garments.
Their 19-member team in Dhaka oversees five GOTS-certified partner factories, ensuring transparency, accountability and day-to-day support. This on-the-ground presence is key to consistent quality, safe practices and continuous improvement.
Preferred Materials
Organic Cotton
Grown without synthetic pesticides or GM seeds. Better for soil health and farm workers.
Recycled Fibres
We use recycled cotton and polyester where it performs, diverting waste from landfill and reducing virgin input.
Low-Impact Dyes
Partner facilities manage water and chemistry to recognised standards, prioritising closed-loop where possible.
Trims & Packaging
Nickel-free hardware, FSC-certified paper and a move toward plastic-free, mono-material packaging.
